The guarantee covers only material and manufacturing defects, provided that the product has been installed and used correctly in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
These guarantees are valid in accordance with Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 on consumer and user protection (Articles 114–123), which establishes a minimum period of 3 years for the seller's liability for non-conformity of goods.
PVC windows (Ventanas de PVC)
10 years – for the structure and welds (frames, profiles, welds)
10 years – for water vapour condensation between insulated glass panes
30 years – colour durability for white profiles (standard)
10 years – colour durability for profiled foil colours
Aluminium windows (Ventanas de aluminio)
10 years – for the stability and functionality of the structure
5 years – durability of paint/anodised coating
10 years – for condensation between double glazing units
Important:
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, improper installation, use of chemicals, exposure to weather conditions beyond normal limits, or lack of maintenance.
Complaints should be reported immediately after the defect is detected.
The manufacturer's warranty does not exclude or limit the consumer's statutory rights under RDL 1/2007 (3 years of legal protection from the date of delivery).
